Client Manager


As a Client Manager, you will support a Client Director as part of a larger team and/or drive smaller-scale work streams and projects independently, seeking to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams creating world-class work.

You will be responsible for project commercials and project management admin and logistics.

Being highly collaborative, able to connect and work well with a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating enthusiasm and engagement with the outcome and impact our work has for our clients, is important in this role.

Client relationship management

Build relationships with, and become the direct contact for, junior and mid-level clients.

Project team management

Solid project management skills to prepare a project for success internally, inputting into conversations across all stages.

Stategic relationship management

Seek out new and innovative ways to develop work and your team, particularly with regard to expanding the DesignStudio offer.

Commercial fluency

Be accountable for project commercials, including accurately forecasting revenue, actively tracking the project's commercial health, planning resource, managing invoicing and third party supplier costs.

Project delivery

Ensure projects are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Guide clients and colleagues through work

and thinking that may be new or uncomfortable.

Take responsibility for the work you deliver

presenting it with a clear and confident rationale.

Join the dots across an account proactively

identifying potential opportunities and offering solutions on project challenges, whilst being receptive to the contribution and experience of those around you.

New business

Develop a clear understanding of the core DS offer and be confident in speaking to our capabilities.

Develop bespoke proposals and estimates

in response to client briefs.

Be a vocal member of the CS team

contributing to improving our ways of working and suggesting agency initiatives.
