You will support teams throughout projects, from immersion to creative, to help answer strategic briefs and offer new ways of looking at problems.

that teams can take action from (positioning, propositions, user experiences, information architecture, etc).
Support in the planning and running of immersion research
creating and facilitating strategic workshops, stakeholder interviews, etc.
Key skills and requirements
Plugged into culture
You're aware of what’s going on in the world: what’s new, what’s old, and what’s to come.
You're comfortable taking part in interviews, workshops and interactions with clients.
You're a strong presenter and communicator who is able to construct a solid and persuasive argument with logic and imagination.
A passion for writing
Experience and interest in creative writing (manifestos, positioning statements, belief statements, deck headlines, etc).
Confident working across any industry, with any person, anywhere in the world.
You have a simple understanding of the tools of the trade and the confidence to learn those you haven’t used before (making films, prototypes, research methodologies, etc).
Most likely you’ll have around 1 year of brand or marketing agency experience (not necessarily in brand), or a rich range of internships.
