We're a best company to work for 2023!

The results are in and we have officially been named a Best Company to Work For 2023. The awards are broken into National, Regional and Sector leagues and our official rankings are:

Every year these league rankings compile staff surveys to establish the Best Companies to work for. 98% of the staff here at DesignStudio agreed that their team was fun to work with and 90% strongly believe their job contributes to their personal growth, placing us among the best of the best!

Our culture has always been a crucial part of all three of our studios and we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, inclusive, inspiring and fun environment for our employees. Producing excellent work is one thing, but at our core is our people. They create an atmosphere for excellent work to be created, they keep clients coming back and they make every day in the studio enjoyable, inspiring and enriching.

Some cultural highlights from the past year have been our Summer party which involved pasta making and (a lot) of dancing, volunteering days, and of course our annual International Women's Day panel, giving an important and much-needed space for female-identifying people in the company to discuss barriers, solutions and come together.
