Around the world in 90 days!

DesignStudio is lucky enough to call 3 of the most exciting cities in the world, home. Our team gets to enjoy the parks and pubs of London, the galleries and nightlife of New York and the surf and food of Sydney.

Despite being based across three different continents, we all share the same belief in the power of radical collaboration and its impact on creating remarkable change for brands. In many ways, we consider DesignStudio one studio with three doors and so we’re excited to be launching Offsetters - a new initiative which gives our team opportunities to collaborate across studios and experience new adventures.

Offsetters is an exchange programme which gives everyone - no matter their role, seniority or length of service - a paid opportunity to apply for a temporary move to another studio for up to 90 days.

The programme kicked off in October and our first Offsetters are already enjoying their new studios. Hayley Cumming, is right at home as a London designer having waved farewell to the team in Sydney; Andie Wexler, has joined the London Strategy team from New York, and Steph Wright is getting settled having left London for the New York design team earlier in December.

We’ll be sharing updates on their adventures and quizzing them about the impact the experience has had on them. So watch this space to find out more!
